Alaa, the customer relations manager, was fantastic. She speaks English perfectly, is very friendly, and went above and beyond for us. Her customer service was great. We arrived from Manchester, UK, on 11th February, my wife, our three children, and I. The room had what we needed, and we could see the clock tower from the 9th floor. It's a good location, with restaurants and shops nearby, and the walk to the holy Mosque took 5-10 minutes depending on the rush. The room and bathroom were small, but the cleaner on the 9th floor did a good job every day.

The manager was a star, very professional, polite, and patient with all our questions. She made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. I stayed at Worth Elite hotel Ibrahim Al Khalil Road Makkah and really enjoyed it. It's super close to the Haram, so getting to prayers and the holy sites was easy. I'd highly recommend it for a convenient, pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

We were welcomed so warmly by Ms. Alaa, and her kindness and professionalism really made a difference. She went out of her way to make us feel valued and comfortable. This was our second time at Worth Elite Hotel, and the room was comfortable, in great condition, and well maintained. The hotel is clean, secure, and well organized. It's only a few meters from Al Haram, so going for prayers anytime was easy, and our room had a beautiful view over Al Haram.

We had an easy six-minute walk to Haram, and there were lots of shops close by. The staff were really helpful and brought whatever we asked for. The room layout was a bit awkward, especially with the toilet and shower right next to each other and no separation.

Worth Elite Hotel is close to Masjid Al-Haram, and the service was top notch. Sohail, the housekeeper assigned to the 17th and 18th floors, was wonderful. He was always around and made sure we had what we needed, so we felt welcome and at ease. My mum and wife also felt very comfortable and looked after thanks to his great housekeeping. Wishing Sohail and the whole management of Worth Elite Hotel all the best.
