The room itself was in unbelievably bad condition, and the service was just as bad. We had a confirmed booking for four nights, but on arrival they said the room had been given to someone else. No explanation or apology. After arguing, we spent over two hours in the lobby trying to get a room after driving in from Riyadh. 🔑❣️💕

We ended up booking somewhere else after waiting for hours in the lobby, tired from our flight. We'd had a confirmed four-night reservation, but when we arrived they said they'd given the room to someone else. They offered no apology or explanation, and I don't understand how that could happen with a confirmed booking. The customer service was rude and unprofessional, and they didn't seem to care.
The room feels like a five-star one, and it's modern, stylish, and comfortable. A few little maintenance jobs need attention, though: the curtain holder handle needs fixing, the bathroom bin should be changed daily, and the AC needs checking. 😍😍😘😘
Prices are moderate, and it's close to al haram mosque. The mall is big, but the facilities are third class, with no standard shopping stores and no quality restaurants.
