They give only one card for a room that may be shared by 4-5 people, which is very inconvenient. We also found it odd that they require the key cards to be handed in at checkout, compared with what we're used to. The elevators take forever, particularly at busy times. The main reason to stay is the location, relatively close to the Haram. Otherwise, the place is disappointing, with everything seeming run down and poorly maintained. I suppose you don't spend much time in the hotel on an Umrah or Hajj trip. Stay for the proximity, or you may be better off elsewhere.

Meal service ends before the scheduled time, and the staff start clearing up with loud bangs so you know they're cleaning. In the bathroom, they leave a rubber mop, but that's no use when the drainage is clogged and the floor is always flooded. The “WOW” moments just keep coming.

The bed was broken, and when we reported it, they just said, “no problem”. There was old food under the bed, insects in the bathroom, and a broken wardrobe. The housekeeping team didn't answer the phone, and they were stingy with toiletpapper. I can't name one good thing about this hotell. I'm so mad I could write for ages. I'd rather sleep outside. Save your money and book somewhere else, whatever else you do. If you value your life, don't EVERTRR book this hotell. Anyone saying otherwise is lying.

There wasn't even water or cups in the room, a first for me at a hotel. The rooms are very old and the service was horrible. The bell boy and house keeping kept asking for tips again and again. I'd choose another hotel. Not recommended!
