The food tasted just like home, which I loved as an Indonesian. I enjoyed staying here in Madinah, though the hygiene in the room and across the building needs improvement. The room itself is pretty basic for a 2- or 3-star hotel.

It's easy to reach all five daily prayers without a long commute, since Al-Masjid an-Nabawi is a short walk away. Local shops and eateries are nearby too. The rooms are spacious and clean, giving you a peaceful place to return to after a long day. For families or large groups, it offers a good balance of affordability and quality. Guests often praise the polite, professional staff and smooth check-in, as well as reliable essentials like high-speed Wi-Fi and efficient elevators. If you can, ask for a higher-floor room for a nice view of the surrounding city in the morning.

I felt very uncomfortable and upset, and I won't stay here again. The hotel seems to favor Arab guests and treats Japanese and other Asian guests very poorly. At the restaurant, Asians aren't allowed to eat Arab food. I found that rule offensive and discriminatory. It seems unreasonable to come to an Arab country and be told you can't eat Arab cuisine. I strongly advise Asian travelers to avoid this hotel.

For more than three days they didn't replace a single towel or bedsheet, and there was no hot water for 18 hours. The shower was broken and the place had zero cleanliness. The room had no table, so my elderly mother accidentally spilled tea. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor facilities, they charged us damage fees. The service was disgraceful, with no hygiene or professionalism. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. Avoid it, especially if you're traveling with family or elderly guests.

It's old, rusty, and not clean. We paid 135€ for one night, and it wasn't worth that amount. Don't go if you're bringing children.
