The calm atmosphere suited our religious trip, and the staff were polite and helpful when we needed them. Our room was comfortable, clean, and kept in good condition, with housekeeping doing a good job during our stay. Being able to walk to Masjid Nabawi made it easy to attend prayers, and there were plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. We were satisfied and would recommend it to people visiting Madinah for Umrah or ziyarat.

We were a family group of 14, and the staff welcomed us and helped with everything. The rooms were a good size, and the location was perfect, just a three-minute walk to masjid al nabwi. We couldn’t fault the place and will stay here again.

The rooms at Astoneeast Taiba Hotel (Artal International) were clean, very nice, and well maintained, which made our stay peaceful and stress-free. The women’s entrance to Masjid an-Nabawi is right nearby, just a three-minute walk away, so getting there was easy and comfortable. I’d especially recommend it to families and women travelers looking for convenient access to the Haram.

Being only a five-minute walk from the womens gate 338 in Masjid Al Nabawi made the location a real highlight, and there are lots of restaurants close by. We were three women and received an upgrade. Check-in went smoothly, the room was spacious, the beds were clean, and the bathroom was big. Even during a busy season, the staff were super nice and considerate of what we needed. Highly recommend!

The room was adequate and did what we needed, while the staff were helpful and provided good service. Astoneeast Taiba Hotel also has an excellent location, which was the main highlight for me. I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.
