The self check-in was simple, and the room and bathroom were immaculate. They kindly provided welcome drinks, tea, and coffee. It's about a 12 minute walk from Masjid Nabawi. I would have given five stars, but the room wasn't soundproof, so we could hear people next door. There was no reception and no hotel name outside, which seemed a bit strange. Otherwise, we had no problems, Alhamdulillah. JazakaAllah khair for the good service to my family.

The instructions for getting in and using the room key came by email after booking and were clear and easy to follow. We checked in early, and the room was ready. It was clean enough, and the cleaning staff were friendly. There is no reception. The area has lots of local shops and restaurants, though many places need cash. It doesn't feel family friendly, with lots of technicians and local stores around. Getting a car in can be challenging, so keep taxi access times in mind if needed. Al masjid al nabawy is around a 10 minute walk at a fast pace.

The rooms are well equipped and fitted out better than I expected. It's not far from haram, and I'd recommend checking out the nearby old market.

The location feels a bit sketchy, but also safe at the same time. Hard to explain. It was convenient for getting everywhere, and there are lots of food places and shops nearby. I'd stay there again.

The room was clean and suited what I needed for the location and price. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to haram. The surrounding area is a little run down, but there's a supermarket and cheap takeaways just two or three minutes away on foot. For what it cost me, I couldn't fault it.
