Dallah Taibah Hotel

The staff were courteous and willing to help when I asked, which I appreciated. The room itself was less comfortable than I expected: housekeeping had missed several noticeable spots, and the washroom was so cramped that moving around was difficult. Those issues left me disappointed with the stay. I hope management improves both the cleaning and the room comfort.

We’ve stayed at Dallah Taibah for 5-6 years, and it remains our favorite place in Madinah. When our train was due at 7 pm, Abdullah Tasaji arranged a later checkout even though the usual time is noon, so we didn’t have to rush. While we waited in the lobby, the team moved us to the premium lounge to make us more comfortable. Abdullah and the front desk staff made a real difference. The concierge, reception team, and other staff are attentive, warm, accommodating, and patient. We’ll keep choosing Dallah Taibah.

Being near the Haram is the one thing I liked. The hotel felt overcrowded, more like a busy bazaar than a 4-star property, and cleanliness was poor throughout. The bathrooms were old-fashioned and so cramped there was barely room to move. The whole place needs major renovation. In its current state, I’d rate it closer to 2 stars than 4.

Being so close to Masjid an-Nabawi made getting to prayers easy, and the reception team were friendly, efficient, and helpful. At Dallah Taibah Hotel, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the service was great throughout. I had a brilliant stay in Madinah and would recommend it to anyone visiting.
