The room itself was good, but the service wasn’t. Towels, handwash, and a hair dryer are basic things you’d expect, yet the hotel didn’t provide them. When we asked for towels or bathrobes, we were told they weren’t available or would come in the morning. They never arrived.

A luxurious place with a good location. Works well for families or if you’re travelling alone. 🔑❤️

We stayed four days and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, room service came quickly, and the staff were lovely. On checkout day we ran into car trouble and returned later than checkout time. The staff understood and didn’t charge us. There are shops and restaurants nearby, though they tend to open in the afternoon or evening. The main downside for me was the distance from Al-Haram, which I hadn’t realized beforehand. It’s a 13-17 minute drive, around 17-24 SAR with Uber. The hotel is also really pretty and pleasing to look at.

Getting help was a struggle throughout my stay. The staff seemed indifferent and poorly trained, and basic concerns were hard to resolve. Information about the amenities was wrong, check-in took a long time, and guests seemed to be left confused because there wasn’t an effective system for ordinary hotel tasks. The room was in rough shape too. The carpets were filthy, as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, and the bathroom needed repairs, especially the toilets, which kept malfunctioning. My key also had to be readjusted every day. A truly disappointing stay at this mini-hotel.
