We spent 4 nights here with my family, from 1/12/2024 to 5/12/2024. The service was awful, and the experience was 0/10. The quilts and sheets were stained. There was no complimentary drinking water, cups, or tea. The hotel was severely understaffed, with no 24/7 housekeeping or room service, and reception wouldn’t sort out issues. I asked for tissue boxes in the afternoon. When they still hadn’t arrived by evening, I asked again and was told the “boy has left,” with no explanation. They then said I should have asked earlier. The owner was very arrogant and had no sense of customer service, which showed in the staff’s performance and the hotel’s overall operation. He seemed very stingy and pretty clearly hated spending money. Nobody here knows any English. If you speak a language other than Arabic, the receptionist is clueless and calls another employee for help. That employee didn’t know English either, so we communicated in urdu, though his urdu wasn’t great since he was bengali. The shuttle was rarely on time, and either the AC didn’t work or they simply didn’t turn it on. It was a very raggedy old bus. On two separate occasions we were left waiting and told the bus was coming, but nobody showed up. We took a private taxi that cost us 11 SAR, only to find the bus parked right next to the hotel both times.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the price felt fair. It’s also close to the Haram, supermarkets, and other services. My room was tiny, though, and there’s no parking. Breakfast could use some improvement. I’d recommend the hotel.

The room felt cramped, with three beds squeezed into space for two and nowhere to pray. It was clean enough, but I couldn’t get comfortable in such a confined space. The photos make it look very different. The hotel is about 700 meters from the Mosque, and getting there means crossing a busy main road, which felt unsafe and inconvenient. At the same price, there are more comfortable, open hotels. I’d give this place two stars.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to masjid Al nabawee, which is the main plus for me. The rooms are clean and large, but they don’t change the sheets and towels very often.

The staff were genuinely helpful and professional, and they responded quickly whenever I asked for something. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of different foods and tastes. The hotel is close to the prophet Muhammad mosque: a nearby tunnel takes you to a walk of about 200 meters to sayedona Othman Ibn Affan gate ( gate 25 ). The rooms are on the small side, but they have new classic furniture and nice carpeting. The place was very neat and clean. It was amazing and beyond my expectations.
