The fire alarm went off, and nobody told guests what was happening. Luckily it was a false alarm caused by someone smoking in the corridor. The front desk staff were rude, inattentive, and unhelpful, and room service was nonexistent. They didn't have a spare pillow when I asked. The rooms were filthy and smelled bad, with dirty bedding and towels and carpets that hadn't been cleaned. The reception chairs and sofas smelled of urine and other odors. The air conditioning barely worked, switches were broken, and some lights didn't work. Bathrooms had no ventilation, and the bins and toilet seats were broken. A living hell. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you're here.

Abdul Qadir at the front desk was humble, respectful, and so kind. He got me a very good price and a really nice room, and made my stay pleasant. The hotel is in the second lane, but the staff are very nice. I'd definitely recommend it, and special thanks to Abdul Qador!

The main reason to stay here is how close it is to haram. The hotel itself is average, and getting the place cleaned can be a struggle. I had to call again and again for housekeeping.

The hotel itself is quite good, and I had no issues with it. But today, while I was lying on a sofa waiting for a taxi, a guard rudely shouted at me and gestured for me to get up. He could have spoken politely instead of making me feel uncomfortable and belittled in front of about six other guests. Guests should have signs explaining the hotel policy, and guards should show basic courtesy. I won't be coming back because of his behavior.

The rooms are good, but service is literally zero. We stayed 11 days, and nobody cleaned, even though we called them many times. After checkout they asked us to pay for a stain, which was ketchup. They should have cleaned it during our stay. You can stay here for the location, but be ready for irrelevant payments. I literally hate the service.
