Rehab Harmony Hotel

We were there for five nights and staff never cleaned our rooms. The bathrooms were filthy, and there were no towels when we arrived. After asking several times, we waited a whole day for towels to be brought up. By the second night, the shower water was cold. It's close to the haram, but the service is awful and the rooms are very dated. I'd only suggest it if you're content with a very basic room near the haram.

It's a good value for pilgrims who want to pray at the haram regularly without spending much. The hotel is near enough for a short walk to Masjid Al-Haram, which makes going five times a day manageable. Rooms are basic but clean. Don't expect much comfort or service, and look elsewhere if you want top level amenities. For the price and location, though, it's a good deal.

Rehab Harmony Hotel is a 10-story building with three lifts, each able to take 8-10 people comfortably. It's on Hasan Bin Ali ibn Abi Talib R.A street, beside Abu Ayyub Al Ansari road. Masjide Umar bin Khattab R.A is nearby, no more than 150 feet away, and Masjide Nabawi (PBUH) is within 400 meters. From the hotel, you can reach Haram shareef gates 309 and 310.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room was clean, decent, and smelled nice. It's within walking distance of the front of the mosque. The bathroom had no shower curtain, but otherwise the room was fine. Breakfast was disappointing and not worth the money.
