The receptionist from Egypt was very kind. The room cost 200 SAR per night.

Our room was very spacious, with a fridge and stove provided for cooking. We enjoyed our stay, though getting to the Haram requires a taxi. It was a great experience.

In room 205 at oyo447retag al fedy madinah, the AC still isn't working. I complained several times and a technician did fix it once, but the same problem returned as soon as he left. I'm still here without AC. Maintenance should keep the accommodation equipment in working order so guests can leave positive ratings and comments.

The other services were very poor, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. They didn't provide drinking water, towels, or a dustbin. We were on the third floor and the lift was working, but the internet signal was bad. The rooms, toilets, and kitchen were good.

The bed was comfortable, but the customer service was poor enough that this was my last stay here. In 2018, the toilet exhaust fan was broken, and reception wouldn't help. They told us to put up with it or cancel the booking and leave. Later, someone came to inspect the fan, only to assure us it wouldn't work.
