Taiba at reception was accommodating and kept us entertained, which was the one bright spot. The service otherwise was disappointing: we had to wait because the room wasn't ready despite booking online ahead of time. Then, on another day, they moved us, saying someone else had booked our room, even though all the rooms are the same.

The room was very clean, with new furniture, though the washroom was a little small. Reception was helpful, but the bellboy service fell short. You also have to pay a 300 riyal deposit in cash.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel doesn’t meet the required standards, so the Tourism Authority could evict guests at any time.

I had a terrible stay and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was unwell during my three nights there and called from my room almost every day asking for water so I could take my medicine, but nobody picked up. I must have called close to 100 times in all. The man at the desk could hear the phone ringing while he sat at his computer, but still didn’t answer. They only picked up when I first called to check in. The staff and reception had a bad attitude. Thanks for nothing.
