Valy Hotel

The food and care from the team made this stay feel special. Breakfast and dinner both had good variety and quality, and Mr. Firoz looked after our table so thoughtfully during Suhoor. He spotted an uncut orange and came back with it sliced, and kept water and drinks topped up. Those little things made us feel looked after. It was our second stay, and we’ll likely return. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, the room was well kept, and the beds were spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping regularly replenished our water, tea, and sugar. Thank you to Valy and the whole team.

The staff during breakfast and suhoor were the best part of our stay, always ready to help. At Magrib, they served complimentary dates and khava, and the staff member we spoke with was polite, helpful, and spoke English. The hotel is lovely and close to gate 365 of the Masjid Nabawi. Our room was clean and spacious, and there were plenty of lifts.

The team’s hospitality stood out most. They took care of requests promptly, which made everything easy and pleasant. The location was convenient, and after a long day the clean, comfortable, well-maintained room was a welcome place to relax. I had a wonderful stay at Valy Al Madina Hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Madina. Everyone was warm and helpful from the time I arrived.

I was disappointed by how Valy hotel handled my request. My flight was cancelled because of the current Middle East conflict, so I couldn't travel for Umrah this Ramadan. I sent full details and evidence of the Emirates cancellation, but they declined my refund and didn't even reply afterward. My hotel in Makkah had understood the situation and refunded the full amount despite my non-refundable booking. I expected similar courtesy from a hotel meant to be among the top in Madinah. I had hoped to try travelling again this year, inshallah, and might have considered staying here. After this, I'll go back to Zamzam or another top hotel I've stayed at before.
