Bad smells everywhere, staff were awful, and the place looked nothing like the clean photos they upload. Mashallah, this is a very, very bad hotel. If you want to ruin your visit to Tabuk, stay here. Tabuk Municipality should take action.

The charges are reasonable, and the staff are friendly and cooperative. They even arranged a taxi for us at short notice. A good hotel.

I stayed for 6 days, but the rooms were very bad, service was poor, and there were water problems. The elevator felt very dangerous. A very bad hotel.

I hope management reads the reviews and makes improvements, because this was a terrible experience. The place needs cleaning and renovation. The bed linen and living room sofas were very dirty, and some furniture was broken. The phone and TV didn't work, there were no tissues, and I couldn't get through to reception. The cleanliness was basically zero.
