The receptionist at the front desk was excellent, very polite and cooperative. But the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the pillows and sheets stank of it too. I couldn't stay even two minutes and checked out.

I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay in this calm, cool hotel. The staff were always there to help, and I liked the breakfast and chai Adeni. If you visit Nejran, it's a great place to stay.

We ordered coffee and waited 15 minutes for it. The call button is useless too, it takes a long time for a waiter to show up. I wouldn't recommend it if you want quick service. B

The cafe and restaurant were both nice, and the staff were helpful with great service. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location is nice, parking is free, and the Wi-Fi works well in both the rooms and lobby. Good prices on booking.com. Very recommended.
