Makarim Palm Hotel

The restaurant service was the best part of my good stay. Mr. Mohammed and Mahmoud were polite, attentive, and made dining really enjoyable. The hotel was pleasant overall, and I'd happily recommend it.

I stayed for a month and felt good here. The staff are friendly and cooperative, and breakfast is good. The rooms are good too, but some furniture and window glass are broken, and the air conditioning makes a loud noise and needs servicing. They are improving things, though renovation work should be completed more flexibly and quickly. Room cleaning and service only happen on alternate days, and the two 330 ml water bottles provided on those days feel like very little compared with other hotels. When I call the room service number, I'm told each time to call reception instead.

The staff made us feel valued, especially Mahmoud and Mohammed in the restaurant. They treated us with real kindness and respect, and their quick, polite service and warm smiles made every meal enjoyable. Makarim Al Nakheel Palm Suites was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it.

The nearby Masjid was a welcome extra, and breakfast was really good. My room was very clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the receptionists were especially accommodating and pleasant. May Allah bless the owner and workers and bring barakah to their efforts. I had an amazing stay.
