The place is managed well.

The warm, quick response from the staff made a big difference. I asked for a bedspread for my daughter, and it arrived in a clean bag, freshly washed and smelling lovely. The bed itself was comfortable, the new furniture was clean, the kitchen had everything, and the lighting was easy on the eyes. I came across these apartments while looking for a place in Al Rawda. Three-quarters of the other apartments I saw were run-down and moldy, so I was impressed by how elegant, quiet, clean, and beautiful this hotel was. I also saw the cleaning crew working on the neighboring apartment after its guests checked out. I got back at 11 PM and they were still at it, taking their time to clean the apartment properly. You can tell they put their heart into it. The only small drawback, compared with all the good things, is that the water is always hot, even at night. A heartfelt thank you to the hotel owner. I hope they keep up this high standard. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

The furniture was arranged beautifully, and the place was so clean. It’s quiet, the service is excellent, and the location is great. These apartments can hold their own against the most luxurious hotels. When I asked the service worker what made the place so beautiful, he said, “Every manager here is Saudi; the foreign manager is one of us.” Thank you, my fellow countrymen.
