Almuhaidb Al Diwan

The room wasn't cleaned, and they didn't leave soap the next day. The bathroom smelled of sewage, and the fridge stayed broken for two days. When I asked for cold water, they wanted to charge me. The night receptionist was argumentative and had a bad attitude. It was a very bad experience, and I won't stay here again. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures.

We paid for four rooms, but the staff started pressing us to check out at 10 AM before checkout time because our friends were leaving early and we wanted to stay until the proper time. I won't be coming back. The pool water was green and didn't seem chlorinated, and there was no bath mat outside the toilet for safety. The shower ledge needs replacing too. The lobby and hallways smelled like an old cupboard and sewage, though things were more pleasant after we came back out from our rooms. The location was good, with plenty of parking around the building and basement parking as well. Centria Mall is within walking distance.

These rooms are small, and the kitchen rooms are especially cramped. They’ve squeezed all the amenities into one tiny, stuffy room, with noisy AC. It doesn't feel suitable as a service apartment.

Breakfast was fine, though the choices were limited, and the lighting could be better. The rooms were okay, with a TV, kettle, stove, microwave, and fridge. The staff were all helpful, and the location near Olya street & king Fahd was nice.
