Almuhaidb Residence Ghranta

The photos look appealing, but the actual place was far from satisfactory. They won’t clean the room unless you ask, and even then someone comes to ask what exactly needs cleaning. It’s the worst housekeeping I’ve encountered, and the hospitality and service were deeply disappointing. They seem to have no concern for guests’ well-being. If zero stars were an option, I might give it that. I strongly advise people not to stay here.

The room was beautiful and well maintained, the location was excellent, and the staff and receptionist were very cooperative. Room service was quick and brought everything I asked for. My family and I really enjoyed our stay over Eid, and I’m grateful to the whole team for their kind cooperation. Loved it, and In sha Allah we’ll come back soon.

The lounge and outside look good, but the rooms were only okay for what we paid, not what I expected. There’s no carpet, and the floors weren’t clean, so we had to wear footwear inside. Room service was quick and responsive. The gym is on the 5th floor, but the treadmills don’t work and need fixing. Breakfast was very small.

Mr. Sadik was welcoming, always smiling, and very helpful. We stayed with our kids and found the room nice and quiet, with free parking and complimentary breakfast delivered to the room. Breakfast is simple. They answered my questions quickly and provided the basic facilities listed when booking, plus extra mattresses and blankets for the kids. They were flexible about check-in and check-out, so I recommend this hotel.
