There’s free car parking, and the location is handy, with a baqala beside reception and many restaurants within walking distance. Our road-facing window gave us a nice view of the metro trains. The apartment had two bedrooms, a large hall, two washrooms, a hair dryer in one, plus a kettle, electric stove, and fridge. I stayed for seven days with three other people. My experience was pathetic: I called housekeeping three times and reception still didn’t send anyone. They provided only three 200ml bottles of water per day for two days, and only when we kept insisting. I didn’t understand the rules for providing service to guests. The workers did a good job once they came. They cleaned, changed the bedsheets and pillow covers, put out fresh bath towels and washroom essentials, and cleaned the kitchen, all in about 10 minutes.

The place was clean and the team was professional, so I'd happily come back. One small suggestion for management: a bit more flexibility with prices and timing would help. 5 stars ✨

The appearance and cleanliness were fine, but my stay in Room 106 was awful. It seemed to be a double room converted for one person, with a connecting door to Room 107. I could hear the neighbors through it, and smoke from their room kept getting into mine. I complained twice, but was only told to block the door with a towel. Other guests were shouting and smoking until 5:30am. Nothing was done despite my complaints. Parking was also full even though the hotel wasn't fully booked. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I don't trust the 4.4 rating. I hope management fixes these problems. The hotel itself is fine.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. We stayed at the Arjan Park Hotel for six weeks and enjoyed it a lot. I can highly recommend it.
