Crowne Plaza Riyadh Al Waha

The health club needs some attention: there were no towels or water, and empty bottles had been left lying around. With the hotel's focus on sustainability, a dispenser and paper cups would be a good replacement for plastic bottles. I stayed one night at Crowne Plaza Al Waha and had a very nice time. The staff were welcoming and polite, and I appreciated them arranging an early check-in. My room was good, breakfast was great, and the service was excellent. Aside from the health club, everything went smoothly. I'd stay again.

The people at Crowne Plaza Al Waha made our time there feel special. The reception and concierge teams patiently listened to all our questions and requests. At breakfast, the Oasis team remembered which drinks and dishes we liked, and served a varied selection of nicely presented food. Imami Kassem, our banquet captain, was attentive and professional, and noticed what we needed without being asked. Mr Kamal was prompt, reliable, friendly, and thoughtful when cleaning and refreshing my room. Thank you all. You're wonderful people and true professionals.

Yesterday, December 26, my colleagues and friends and I got together for a late Christmas lunch. The cozy, intimate setting suited a gathering, and the buffet was fantastic. The food was delicious, nicely presented, and well seasoned. The roasted lamb chump, beef with mushrooms, and sweet and sour shrimp were especially good and cooked just right. Aiza served us promptly and was friendly and accommodating. Mr. Benjamin welcomed us warmly and handled things with real professionalism, and Chef Ahmed made sure we were looked after during the meal. It was a great experience, and I'd gladly return and recommend this place.

Tushar helped me with everything, from finding my way around to arranging cabs, which meant a lot on my first trip to Saudi. The whole team made the hotel feel warm and welcoming. I'm leaving after a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely come back. 🌸
