Very bad experience. I called to check if a room was available, but the person on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. While I was driving, I asked for the hotel location and he shouted at me and refused to help. Completely unprofessional.

The old central AC was poorly maintained and kept me from sleeping. The washrooms were in very poor condition, and the staff were uncooperative. This hotel is extremely poor value for money. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Hussein made our stay at Doolv Hotel feel special. He was warm, attentive to details, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. If you're visiting Doolv Hotel, I highly recommend asking Hussein for help. We really appreciated him.

The rooms felt too small for a family trip, and there was a hole in my room. I also felt the cleaners were lazy and only acted like they were cleaning. I'd suggest choosing another hotel.

The room was stuffy, the air conditioning was bad, and the furniture and bedding were in poor shape. The concierges were rude and unhelpful, especially the Saudis. Getting staff to clean or bring missing items took forever, so the stay wasn't worth what I paid.
