Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh Khaldia

The hotel is a large property in the heart of the city, convenient for business and getting around Riyadh. It has a good gym, pool, kids’ play area, and other facilities, so families can make use of it too. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there are good food options. Keep in mind that the International Airport is quite far away. Even at around 23:45 hrs, our trip to the hotel took over 45 minutes. Still, it’s a nice, comfortable place to stay if you want a central location.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and generously sized, with a practical, relaxing feel for a family. The location was decent, though not exceptional. What really shaped our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh (Khaldia) was the team. This was our first visit to Saudi Arabia, and the warmth from reception, valet, and restaurant staff changed our preconceptions. They were professional, kind, and caring toward me, my wife, and especially our son. Their hospitality made the whole Saudi experience feel more family-friendly. At the restaurant, Moataz and his team, Rahim, Umesh, Yam, Akash, and Kushal, made every meal feel personal and welcoming. Moataz leads with warmth and professionalism, and it shows in the team. Taufiq and Claudio from valet were always attentive and welcoming, while Sagar in housekeeping looked after our room each day with care for our family's needs. It's rare for a team to leave such a lasting impression. Management should be proud of them. When we're back in Riyadh, we'll absolutely stay here again.

Ahmed at reception deserves special thanks. He got me checked in faster than anyone ever has and sorted out any issue within seconds. Bilal was also very polite and helpful with my luggage. The stay was very good overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
