Ms. Sahar AlMufadhali made check-in and check-out smooth with her courteous manner, quick help, and attention to detail. I especially appreciated her support during my corporate stay at Holiday Inn Riyadh Al Malaz by IHG. The rooms were maintained well, the ambience was pleasant, and service was efficient and professional. Thanks to the whole team for keeping up the hospitality standards. I’d recommend the hotel for either business or personal trips to Riyadh, and I look forward to coming back.

We were tired and stressed after leaving the UAE overland for a safer country, but the reception staff welcomed us warmly. Wigdan looked after us so well, accommodated us, and offered suggestions for getting around this beautiful country. We went into the city and enjoyed her recommendations. The hotel is clean and beautiful, and our stay made a difficult time feel more relaxed. Thank you, Wigdan and Holiday Inn. I hope we can return from Canada for a longer visit someday.

Imamul was so friendly and helpful at breakfast this morning, bringing coffee and taking care of my requests. I enjoyed breakfast, which was included with my Diamond IHG status. This is the first of six nights at Holiday Inn Al Malaz. My room on the third floor is spacious, very clean, and feels new. I’m looking forward to the rest of the stay. Highly recommend it.

Edmundo, Rohit, and Renny from the restaurant staff made a real difference during my stay. Edmundo was especially kind and friendly, and since it was my first time in Saudi Arabia, he went out of his way with recommendations and made me feel welcome. I was in Riyadh on business, and the hotel was better than I expected. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. I’d stay here again if I return to Riyadh.

Wejdan, Sahar, and Faris Al Harbi at reception were warm, professional, and supportive. They went out of their way to make everything run smoothly and made the stay much more enjoyable. The hotel itself was excellent too, with clean, comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.
