Listed on Booking.com as Manazel Aldiafah serviced Apartments AlSulymaniyah. I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently: the rooms are clean and cozy, the plumbing is new and good quality, and the shower doesn’t leak. There’s a large refrigerator, housekeeping comes regularly, the front desk staff are friendly, and breakfast tastes good. There are grocery stores nearby that stay open 24/7, with a few nice cafés farther down the street. I was initially concerned by the old negative reviews, but then saw they were written a long time ago and seem to describe the hotel before the renovation. Everything is great now.

The photos show it well. I had a great stay, and they upgraded me to a Deluxe room, which I really appreciated. Everything else was good too.

The rooms felt new and were clean, the gym was excellent, and the location was decent. Staff were friendly and service was good, with no major problems. I'd put it at 4.5 stars, rounded up. A few things could be better: there was no hair dryer or complimentary bottled water, and the bedroom TV only had satellite channels, which feels below standard in 2025. The living room TV was a smart TV.

The reception staff were very nice, especially the place Manager Mr. Mosaad, who was consistently helpful and cooperative. The place was spotless and spacious, with a great view and location. Honestly, I didn't come across anyone bad there.

I used to spend three days a week here for two years, back in 2018. The staff were friendly and supportive, and made it feel like home. The room was very clean, though room service was moderate. One of Riyadh's best-value places to stay, and I'd highly recommend it.
