The bed was very uncomfortable, and the hotel was unclean. Water spread across the toilet floor when showering because the tiles had a bad slope. The toilet flush had very low pressure and sometimes didn't work at all. The room phone was out of order, so I had to go down to reception for anything. The staff service was bad, and the hotel smelled of pest control chemicals. Not worth the money at all.

I spent two weeks there and found it a very nice place in a good location, with lots of shops, restaurants, and laundries nearby. The rooms are modernly furnished and very clean, and the business lobby works perfectly for quick meetings. Saad at reception was very friendly. Thank you for the hospitality, Park House 😊

I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes for my reservation, and no one showed up.

The rooms are nice, close together, and spacious. It's a nice hotel apartment, but for the price they charge it would be best if it had a restaurant, a kitchen, and a washing machine.

The location is safe and lively, with shops, restaurants, attractions, and plenty of delivery options nearby. The apartment and common areas were spotless, and the amenities made my stay convenient. I spent 30 days at Park House Hotel Apartments and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure I was comfortable. Their hospitality was outstanding, and they were warm and professional whenever we interacted. I'd gladly stay here again. It's a comfortable, safe, well-located place with excellent service. Special thanks to Abu Makkah, Yazeed, and Amrou.
