Private Zone Laban

The location on two streets is excellent, which makes the state of these apartments all the more disappointing. They’re very old and dirty. The bedspreads are covered in spots, the prayer rug is filthy and clearly hasn’t been washed in years, and the living room furniture is broken, with a torn sofa and a carpet that’s beyond comment. Even the windows were dusty. It’s a shame these apartments are in Riyadh. The owner should take better care of the property. We only booked because we had to, and we left early without completing our stay.

Room 302 was spotless, and so were the other rooms. They’re careful about the little details, too. The price is very reasonable. Thank you so much 🤍 I’ll pray for them this Ramadan. May God reward and bless them.

I spent three months there, and honestly, they were the best three months I’ve had. The service, cleanliness, respect shown to tenants, and sense of safety were all wonderful. I hope I get to visit again.

I wouldn’t recommend these apartments. They’re very dirty and not clean at all. I hope the municipality, or Riyadh Municipality, pays attention to them.
