I’ve been coming to these apartments for more than 10 years. The cleaning is exceptionally good, and the cleaners are organized and polite. Reception is great too, especially Mr. Salem. What frustrates me is that they say they can’t give even a one-riyal discount, despite my being a regular for so long. I hope management gives the staff some discretion for loyal customers and reviews the prices, which are very high. I was also charged when I asked for water, although many serviced apartments provide it free. I hope the owner is less strict about charging guests for water, which is readily available cheaply in grocery stores these days.

The reception staff were helpful, and the bedroom and bathroom were both clean and adequate. Still, the price felt high for the place. There was a very strong cigarette smell, and the living room furniture looked old, with a worn carpet and table. The bedroom curtains were so dirty they need washing right away, and the pillows were worn out, practically like tea biscuits. You also can’t get delivery through any of the well-known apps.

The bathroom smelled awful, and the whole stay was a very bad experience. When we booked, the Egyptian worker told us this was the only room left. It was beside reception, isolated, with no number or bell, and felt like a workers’ room they were profiting from among themselves. I’d tell anyone reading this never to go to this hotel.

Anyone coming to Riyadh and looking for clean accommodation, with everything in it at a 100% level and for a reasonable price, shouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Honestly, it’s a wonderful hotel, and I wish all hotels would follow its example.
