The room smelled of smoke, and so many things were broken: the microwave, TV, washing machine, and furniture. The room, table, and bedsheet were dirty, and there was no hot water.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. I booked online at a displayed price of 84, but when I arrived, the booking had been cancelled. The receptionist was rude, shouted at me, and asked for a higher price. I ended up paying 150 SAR. Don’t book this hotel!

Such a bad experience. The staff were rude and seemed uneducated, and the rooms smelled awful. I’d never come back.

The whole place was in terrible shape. Cracked walls, a broken ceiling, dirty floors and sheets, smelly rooms, and a damaged bathroom. The pillows were dirty too. I can’t think of anything good about this cheap hotel. Don’t book here.

The rooms were filthy, with cockroaches everywhere. Worst stay I’ve had.
