Rest Night Hotel Suites - Al Falah

The location is great, with food and groceries easily available, alhamdulillah. The kitchen utensils and appliances were pretty good, Mashallah. But the place badly needs better management and staff, and a makeover, especially the beds, mattresses, carpet, showers and drains. The staff were reeeeaaallly laid back. I asked several times to have the floor vacuumed before jumuah Salah, but nobody came, even though each time I was told someone would arrive in a few minutes. The swimming pool, spa and kitchen were closed, and the promised breakfast was off the menu. booking.com, please take note and make hotels confirm that breakfast will actually be available, instead of just promising it.

Cleanliness was average and customer service was below average. The price is high compared with other hotels at the same level.

This used to be my favourite place, but it’s getting dirty. We even found a cockroach! Also, their coffee is facing a closing penalty.

Everything else was good-ish, but breakfast was limited and there weren’t many choices.
