Smayah Residence

Being near the Expo makes this a handy choice for a short business trip. The hotel is modern and clean, and the staff and service were both five-star. Good value, too.

The staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was nice. My room was clean and comfortable, though the air conditioning was set very cold, which seems common in Saudi Arabia. Riyadh Front Exhibition Center is about a 15-20 minute drive away.

Amine deserves a special mention for his professionalism and personal attention. He really went out of his way to make sure things were right, and I appreciated the effort. The team gave me a warm welcome, and the hotel had a clean, elegant feel from the start. My room at Samaya Hotel was modern, comfortable, and well equipped, with cleanliness and amenities that felt up to a high standard. The location made it easy to reach key parts of Riyadh, while the hotel itself stayed quiet and peaceful. It worked well for a visit for work or leisure. I had an excellent stay and would gladly return.

We stayed for one day with the family. The helpful staff welcomed us, and our spacious room was tidy, very clean, and smelled good. The beds were comfortable, too. I'd recommend staying here, though I do wish the prices were a bit lower. Otherwise, it was a great place.
