Dust was everywhere, the carpets were dirty, and there was hair on the bed. The room smelled like it was rarely cleaned, and the toilet wasn't clean either. Nothing seemed to work, and the place and cleanliness were both awful. It doesn't deserve four stars, or even one. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and it should be reported to the ministry of health.

The rooms were clean, though the towels could use refreshing. The hotel is in a great area, close to many places of interest and airports. Service was good throughout, with polite people who went out of their way to help. I didn't have a local phone number when I wanted to order food, so I asked at the front desk. He offered to place the order for me. When I tried to pay him back, he wouldn't take the money at first, then returned some of it and wouldn't make change, so I ended up paying less than the actual cost. Hospitality in the Middle East is second to none for anyone who's traveled there. I'll be back. Thank you for the hospitality! Call or email the hotel directly for the best rate.

I found the front desk team professional and helpful, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Swiss Flora Royal Hotel has a welcoming atmosphere. Laundry was reasonably priced compared with other hotels, which added to the value of the stay.

The hotel was clean and spacious, but the service was very, very bad. That included reservations, recreation, and restaurant staff, except for one Philippino guy. The head of reservations was not honest at all. Construction nearby made a lot of noise, and the sound isolation wasn't good. I won't come back, even for free.
