There was a lot of rubbish under the bed, and the duvet cover was dirty. With service like that, it was overpriced.

I was disappointed, especially after booking from the USA based on the positive reviews. One of my family members uses a wheelchair, but the owner’s car was using the parking space, according to the driver. The sliding door has a high threshold, making it difficult for my family member to push themselves through. The breakfast choices were limited, and an employee was rude to my son as he got his food. We also found that one AC wasn’t working when we arrived, and the oven didn’t work either. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The suite was large and had all the facilities, with a comfortable bed and good service. I liked the breakfast selection, especially the Turkish style egg preparation with cheese. Not all the sockets worked properly, and I couldn’t log in to the Wi-Fi, but those were small hiccups compared with the stay overall. I’d strongly recommend this hotel.

I spent a long time at Aral Hotel, from Aug 2022 till Jan 2024, and it felt like home. The area was quiet and quite convenient, not very far from the airport. My room was decent, room service prompt, and breakfast good. They also made Dal and Chana Masala, which tasted lovely. Yousef the Manager, the reception and room service staff, and the chefs were all friendly and pleasing. I had a good stay and hope I can return to Aral someday.
