The parking and breakfast were good, but the laundry costs a lot. I noticed stains on the pillows and sheets and asked reception about them. They said it was Clorox.

I'm a Keeta rider, and when I went inside to pick up an order, the Egyptian guy at the restaurant told me to go outside and said he'd call me when it was ready. I didn't like how he treated me.

There are plenty of shopping options nearby, and the hotel sits in a central spot in Tabuk. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and cooperative, and a good breakfast comes with the room rate. The airport is about 5.0 km away.

I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I had a terrible time here. There were lots of bugs that got onto my clothes and may have come home with me. I was at the airport the next day in a change of clothes and still felt very itchy. My friend filmed the bugs and showed the video to the front desk. I can't recommend this hotel.
