The rooms were nice and clean, but the bathroom drain was clogged. The really shocking bit was being charged for bottled water on the second day of our two-day stay. Staff replenish it daily, like the tea and coffee, yet they didn’t provide it free that day, even during RAMADAN. Absolute bonkers.

As a service apartment, it’s good. The bed was simple and very comfortable.

Abdul Rahman gave us very good service, and Abu Nasir helped us too. The apartment was big and beautiful. I give it 5 stars overall.

The hotel is good overall, but the Wi-Fi is so slow and the signal in the room so weak that it’s unusable.

A great place to stay, better than other places. It’s modern, clean, and tidy, with Wi-Fi and polite staff.
