When I first got to my room, there was hair all over the bed, as if it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests left. If the room wasn't cleaned, how can I know it was sanitized? Anyone concerned about cleanliness should avoid this hotel.

Great reception and service, and the price was reasonable too.

This has happened to me twice in a row: oYo gives users a location that doesn't match where the actual hotel is. I keep getting let down by it. Should I really give it a third try?
