The Wi-Fi and service were disappointing, so I can only give this place one star. In 2025, the rooms still have 2-pin plugs, and some have just one socket. Please replace them with 3-pin sockets that work for guests from other countries.

We made do for one night, but I wouldn't stay here again. The balcony door wouldn't slide shut, so the freezing air came in, and the curtains were incomplete. The hotel was huge but felt eerie, and our room door was already open when we arrived.

The food was so good, and there were lots of activities for kids and adults. Our room was clean too. This is my number one hotel for when I come back, and I recommend it. Thanks for the service!

The facilities are good, and the hotel is close to the cable car and tourist attractions.

Sorry to share this, but the truth was upsetting. My colleague needed the bathroom in the lobby, and when we asked, the response was, “Who do you follow?” I don't know what he meant by that.
