The rooms were clean, the corridors smelled fresh, and someone was always available to answer the phone. The hotel evokes old KSA heritage and gives a warm sense of hospitality. My stay was very good overall. The kitchen closes very early, though. With its nice location and view, I think a third-party cafe would be a good addition.
It's a great place to stay, but there are no restaurants, only room service. The staff are nice and smiling, though they need more training and aren't very helpful with things like breakfast times and billing. They don't seem to know much about the hotel services.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the amenities are great. Reception were really helpful, and Chef Mustafa Adly at the restaurant is such a lovely, decent person 💕 This was my eighth visit, and Taif is still my go-to destination. Great value for money, highly recommend.
There’s a garden with a pool and a play area for kids, which was nice. The rooms were clean and pleasant, though they could use more cutlery, especially spoons and cups. One drawback was that the receptionist spoke only Arabic.
Great staff and a clean hotel. Don’t miss staying here.
