Ms. Hind gave us a really warm welcome, and she made our early check-in easy. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment that worked for five adults, with two good-sized bathrooms and a huge lounge with modern furnishings and LED media walls. The location was convenient, about 5 minutes from Rudaf park and 20 minutes straight to Al Shifa, with favorite restaurants nearby. There was heavy bike noise from Main Street, and I'm not sure the bathroom fittings will last long.

The windows let in plenty of sunlight through frosted glass, though there’s no outside view. The one-bedroom was nicely decorated, with a small kitchen that had a working microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. Hot water and the bathroom plumbing worked well, with no damage or interruptions. There was free, spacious garage parking, good electrical outlet coverage with British-Saudi standard sockets, working AC, TV and satellite receiver, and strong thermal and sound insulation. Towels, napkins, mouth and body care products, and trash bins were provided. Restaurants, gas stations, hospitals, and pharmacies are within walking distance. The price is excellent for what’s included.

The manager and staff were so friendly and gave us a nice welcome. Best place to stay in taif, and I’d rate this hotel five stars.
