Al Khozama Hotel & Residences at KAUST

The restaurant had a delicious range of dishes, and laundry was efficient and reliable. We stayed six nights at the KAUST Hotel with our family, and the place was spotless, well maintained, and equipped with modern facilities. Man Bahadur Baduwal's attentive service and warm smile made our days brighter. At check-in, Ms. Zeina Daher welcomed us kindly and made the process easy and stress-free, taking care to see that we were comfortable and had what we needed. As first-time guests, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you to the whole team for making it memorable.

I loved how the color turned out, and Marwa was careful with all the notes I gave her. Since my scalp is sensitive, I asked for ammonia-free color. She clearly went through the options and recommended the lightest shade available. My roots look great, and Marwa came across as experienced and professional. It was a really nice visit.

Breakfast had a good range and was high quality, and my room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I spent a week at the Al Khozama Hotel on a business trip, with the booking arranged for me, and felt at ease throughout. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth, which helped during a work trip. The hotel could make it easier to find the pool and roof terrace, and there wasn't a hair dryer in my room. Those are minor points, though. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it, especially to business travelers.

Marwa really listened and made me feel comfortable. The cut came out just right, and the color was even better than I'd pictured, vibrant and healthy-looking. She's a professional with a great eye for detail, and I highly recommend her.
