The St. Regis Red Sea Resort

It costs quite a bit, but once you're there, you can see why. The whole visitor experience at the St. Regis The Red Sea felt world class, and the property itself made a strong impression. The staff made the stay especially good. Ahmed checked in with us before arrival and made sure the room setup was right. Cleopatra welcomed us and helped us throughout the visit. At Little treasures, Kawthar and Fatima went out of their way to make the kids feel special. Khamis at breakfast was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. Everyone we dealt with, from the spa and restaurants to the beach and housekeeping, contributed to the warm, shared effort that made us want to come back soon. Thanks to all of you.

The sunset view made the place feel like paradise, and I had a lovely stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and special thanks to bob for going above and beyond with his support. A couple of things could be better. Breakfast didn't feel like a five-star resort breakfast, especially compared with the one at Saint Regis on Saadiyat Island. Prices are also much higher than at other places in the Red Sea project.

We had a special stay in a Beach Villa, and the kids’ area was excellent. Huge thanks to Abdallah, Kawther, Hamza, Amer, Samer, Henry, and the others whose names I can't remember. Their hospitality made the whole visit memorable. I'd happily recommend it.

We were looked after so well by Ali during our stay. He really went the extra mile. At Nesma, Essa, Khamis, and Marlene were wonderful, from the talented Italian chef to the kind greeter at the entrance. The restaurant and bar teams also came through with lovely food and drinks, even when our requests weren't on the menu. The visit started smoothly thanks to Solaf, who made booking easy, and Abdullah and Hamza were thoughtful and attentive once we arrived. The hospitality at The St. Regis Red Sea felt personal at every turn. We can't wait to return.
