Platinum Hotel

The hotel was very clean, the furniture was new, and Ms. Hajar was extremely helpful. Staff were welcoming and cooperative, and check-in was quick and smooth. I had a few specific requests, including an earlier breakfast because I needed to leave before the usual time. They were happy to arrange it. Before I arrived in Yanbu, the chef got in touch to ask what I preferred for breakfast. Two days later, the team checked in to see how everything was and whether I had feedback. They also helped arrange access to the gym at a particular time. The service was consistently supportive and comfortable. I’m grateful for all their effort.

The food we ordered to our room was excellent, and the Junior Suite we were given was even better than we’d hoped. It was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and had all the little things needed for a memorable stay. I enjoyed the hotel a lot and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a great start to the day, thanks to Chef Kareem. Hajar and Wijdan at reception took care of everything we needed, and the rest of the team were professional and efficient. The hotel was clean and clearly well managed. Mr. Mustafa and team, thank you for a great stay. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise, with really good value for the quality.

Employee Hanoff deserves a special thanks. Booking at Platinum Hotel was easy, and the staff stayed helpful, polite, and professional throughout. They answered my questions quickly and clearly, then made sure the reservation and my requests were all taken care of. I came away with a very positive impression and would gladly work with them again. I’d recommend them if you want a hassle-free booking.
