The price felt too high for what we got. They charged 35€ for paying by credit card, and hadn't mentioned that before booking. There was no soap in the room, and the Lagoon room is right at the terrace, exposed to everyone, so it didn't feel cosy. We had agreed on breakfast, but it never arrived. WiFi costs extra, 100 rupees, while every other place we stayed in Seychelles offered it free. You can rent bikes, but they're more expensive than asking around on the road. The veranda was nice, though the place didn't look as good in person as it did on booking.com.

Clarissa's hospitality was amazing. She made us feel at home and welcome from the beginning to the end. The view from our room was beautiful, and breakfast by the beach was so nice. We'll definitely come back soon :-)

We spent five days here in a lovely, quiet location by a great beach, while still being right in the middle of everything. When we arrived, they gave us a helpful introduction to the island, with ideas for what to do, good places to eat, and the prettiest spots. The whole process went smoothly. You can book bicycles there or reserve a table at Belle Vue restaurant, which I'd recommend. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

I stayed at Hyde-Tide last year with my wife and our two-year-old daughter. It was very overpriced, with several hidden costs. The worst part was waking in the middle of the night to find a rat walking on our bed and on our bodies. See the picture.

David was an amazing host, and we had a great experience. The location is perfect, right by the beach and close to the jetty. The sunsets from the patio are spectacular.
