The grounds are beautiful and well cared for, and the atmosphere is peaceful. We quickly felt comfortable and safe. There was a short water outage during our stay. The team seemed embarrassed, but communicated openly, reacted quickly, and fixed it efficiently. Given the challenges of running a luxury property on a small island, it felt like an understandable exception rather than a reason to complain. The lodge is tucked away from the crowds but still has everything you need. The staff were professional, very attentive, and discreet, without ever making anything feel forced or leaving us feeling something was missing. Thiru took especially good care of our requests throughout our stay. With just six villas, the hideaway feels intimate. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the lodges are thoughtfully designed. They were kept very clean despite the sand and wet swimsuits that come with beach life. The Seychelles may be a once-in-a-lifetime destination, but if we return, we'd choose this place again.

The lodge is in a quiet, isolated area, and we had a really calm, lovely stay. The room was very nicely arranged, and the staff were good. Tirupati gave us great service, arranged a candlelit dinner, and was always available to check on us. We'd definitely recommend visiting when you're on La Digue.

We spent two nights at Le Relax Luxury Lodge, La Digue, and absolutely loved it. Mr. Sahil and Mr. Tirupathi were so friendly and helpful, especially with arranging bicycles and taxis. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the food was excellent too. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, and the green outdoor setting is beautiful, slightly raised from the road and right beside the beach. The pool is small but works fine, and bikes are easy to rent nearby. The restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced, though the room felt dark and we rarely saw other guests there. Staff were generally helpful and service minded, especially Trupati. The room had some real problems. The pillows were too tall and hard, and the sofa was dirty. The sliding exterior glass door wouldn't close or lock properly, which felt unsafe since someone could break in that way. Staff knew about it, but it hadn't been repaired. Maintenance was done in our room while we were out, despite clearly telling Trupati not to have anyone work on the bathroom door in our absence. It was obvious someone had been in to do the work. The bathroom and toilet also had clear glass doors, which can feel too exposed when sharing a room. The outdoor furniture hadn't been cleaned and had lots of bat droppings. The glass facade outside, on the second floor facing the beach, was very dirty too. The place seems to have a lot of potential, especially if maintenance, privacy, and attention to detail improve. I honestly liked it for the setting and location. We stayed in what seemed like the off-season, in April, and got a discounted rate that felt fair for the experience. At full price, I'd expect a significantly higher standard. I'm writing this because Trupati asked us to, so sorry this isn't all positive.
