We stayed four nights. The room was clean and had both a fan and AC, which I appreciated since I'm not a big fan of air conditioning when there's another option. The bathroom had the essentials, and there was a small patio outside where we could relax after biking and swimming. The little drying rack came in handy too. Breakfast was fine, with eggs, tea or coffee, butter and marmalade, and fresh fruit. It was good, though I'd have liked a bit more variety. The staff were helpful, especially Akash, who was so kind and smiley and got our day off to a good start. Just remember it's a guesthouse, so don't expect luxury or fancy treatment. You get more of a feel for local life than you would at a resort.

The dinners were delicious and unforgettable, with Creole flavors and dishes at restaurant level. I especially loved the smoked fish salad. It was wonderful to have such a good meal after a full day outdoors. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Rising Sun Guesthouse. The owners were warm and friendly, and made our late check-in and early check-out work. The rooms were spacious, clean, and air-conditioned. We chose both breakfast and dinner, and also rented bikes from the guesthouse. The rental was easy, smooth, and cheaper. For lunch, Gala takeaway is nearby, open at lunchtime with daily specials, and there are two or three supermarkets close by. 🌺

The Rising Sun family were so kind, and the service was superb. It felt like another home during our stay in La digue. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with all the facilities we needed. We highly recommend staying at Rising Sun.

This is our third visit, and we'll definitely be back. The rooms are nice and clean, and the location is great. You can rent bikes at the hotel and easily get around to the beaches, with lots of supermarkets nearby. The evening meals were the best we've had on all our trips around the Seychelles 😊👍

The place is a little away from the restaurant area, though walking back at night still felt very safe. They rent bikes, and the breakfast was good. The staff were really kind and helped me arrange a snorkeling tour. I only found out they serve dinner too late to try it.
