Anse Soleil Resort Self Catering

Suhaiylah was a great host and helped us get everything sorted before we arrived. The room was bright and clean, and the service was good. The bathroom had toilet seats with attached water jets, unlike the other places we stayed, which was especially useful for Indians.

We spent the final week of our vacation here and were very pleased with the stay. It's a peaceful spot, quieter than Beau Vallon, with the things we needed nearby. Our terrace was wide, opened onto the lawn, and had a gorgeous view of Anse A La Mouche. There were giant turtles around the grounds, and signs by reception showed where to find them. We also had a barbecue and firewood on the terrace, which made it easy to cook dinner. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. The bathroom was bright and spacious, the shower was great, and we didn't have water interruptions like we experienced elsewhere in Mahe. Cleaning was done every two days and was very thorough. We had to quarantine at the resort after testing positive for covid, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They did grocery shopping for us and brought extra food and vegetables from their own garden. The apartment also had a fully equipped kitchen, and they changed the sheets and towels every couple of days. The yard has a beautiful view, and two lovely beaches are just a five-minute drive away. It's a great place if you want somewhere that feels more like home than a resort. Highly recommend.

The setting was so peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the room had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We got a great rate and a beautiful room with an amazing view of the ocean and mountains. From the moment we arrived, Suhaiylah was friendly and helpful. There's a shop and pharmacy directly opposite the resort, and the nearest beach is a 20-minute walk away. A car is recommended for getting around Seychelles. When we got stuck, Mousa drove us to the city and gave us fresh fruit, vegetables, and herbs from his garden. The hosts were the friendliest I've ever met. We stayed two weeks and would definitely come back.
