We stayed as a family, and our 7-year-old loved playing in the sand. Thanks for lending us the toys! The patio opens right onto a lively beach shared by locals and tourists, with security around. There are food stalls and restaurants close by for a cocktail or takeaway, and it’s a great place to watch the sunset. The waves were quite loud downstairs in February, though that may vary with the season. The accommodation was clean, practical, attractive, and had everything we needed. The place is in our top 10 of the many nice stays we’ve had around the world. Our host was lovely, checked in each morning to see if we needed anything, and shared helpful tips and nice chats. We hope to come back and have already recommended it to friends.

The north-west location worked out really well for us. Restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, car rentals, supermarkets, and tour operators are nearby, and one supermarket is just a 2-3 minute walk away. Tour pickups were easy and included, so we saved some money on taxis. You can get fresh fish and fruit just a few metres away, and fishing right outside the door makes it a perfect spot for anyone who loves to fish. Our room was over two floors and right by the beach, with very comfortable beds and the sound of the ocean at night. Catherine was such a sweet, helpful host, and even gave us a local SIM card to make it easier to contact tour operators. We couldn’t have asked for more from this holiday.

The local fruit at breakfast was such a lovely touch, and breakfast itself was amazing. Clef des Iles had beautiful rooms full of charm, with a calm, welcoming feel throughout. Everyone was so kind and warm that we felt at home right away. An unforgettable stay, and one I’d recommend without hesitation. 🌴✨

Mornings came with fresh fruit, water, and juice, a really thoughtful touch. The hostess was kind and helpful, and the accommodation was cozy and very clean. It sits on a beautiful beach with an incredible sunset. I highly recommend staying here.

The beach setup and location were perfect for our honeymoon, with fun bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment-style place was cute, and the small kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There are a couple of markets a short walk away, plus lots of fruit stands. Fresh fruit and juice arrived each morning, and the place was cleaned daily. The host was incredibly nice and helpful, with amazing service. It feels open to the beach, but there are several gates to lock at night, so it still felt secure. The bedrooms have air conditioning, while the rest of the house gets warm during the day. We didn’t mind since we were at the beach then. Beach loungers, chairs, a table, and towels were provided. I’d stay here again and again.
