Jardin Marron

Deidre, our host, was so friendly and helpful in every way. The apartment itself is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a lovely terrace, and, most importantly, a comfortable bed. We really liked the sundeck, too. It has great views of the beach and Curieuse island. There’s a lovely beach right in front, and the nearby Raffles hotel beach is beautiful as well. A supermarket is about a five-minute walk away, and Anse Lazio isn’t far. The bus stop for places like Vallée de Mai is right outside the apartment. I can definitely recommend staying here and would gladly return.

We spent four nights here, and Deidre was always easy to communicate with. She welcomed my wife and me with a couple of coconut drinks and fruit chips. The sundeck was a great extra, and the room, view, and nearby beach were all just right. Anse Lazio is a short drive away, or perhaps a 15-minute walk. Jardin Marron is definitely worth recommending.

Didi was a wonderful host, and we loved staying here. She can arrange a taxi from the ferry at a more affordable price. The bus wouldn’t let us on with our small carry-on luggage, though with small backpacks you might be fine. The apartment is spacious, with a big, well-stocked kitchen. The bedroom is comfortable, the AC is great, and the hot water is wonderful. There’s a small mini market and a bus stop nearby. A long beach is right in front, and it’s about a 30-minute walk to our favourite, Lazio. After visiting Mahe and La Digue, Lazio was our favourite beach in the Seychelles. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return one day.

Didi took such good care of us and gave us great recommendations. She made our stay unforgettable, and the service was the best. The apartment is very spacious, has all the amenities, and sits right by the beach with a beautiful sea view. Highly recommended! 🔝🔝🔝🔝
