Could you please answer my request on booking.com to change the dates? I’ve tried several times and haven’t had a reply. I can’t find an email address or WhatsApp contact to reach you from abroad. I’m now past the deadline to make changes, and that isn’t fair.

The apartments have potential, but they’re very old, smell unpleasant, and badly need renovation. The walls are thin, and noisy neighbors sometimes made it hard to sleep. The Sri Lankan gentleman was helpful and kept trying to sort out our concerns, but the other staff seemed unfriendly. On arrival, Andy showed us the room and explained its facilities. We took off our shoes to keep the dirt out, but he walked in wearing his shoes while we were barefoot, which felt disrespectful. After that, we found dirty towels, unclean sheets, hair on the floor, and a very moldy corner in the shower. They tried to deal with those problems, but it didn’t undo our first impression. The kitchen utensils were dirty too. How can guests be welcomed into a dirty room?

The location was just right, and both the hospitality and cleanliness were amazing. They even gave us a welcome drink. We didn’t see any ants or mosquitoes. I’d recommend it to everyone.

The apartment had a lovely kitchen, a big terrace, and two spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. The people working there were genuinely friendly and helped us with everything. One of the nicest accommodations in the Seychelles. I’d definitely come back.
